Favorite Photos: This is from a rest stop in Nevada back when the weather was hot and shelter from the sun was a major attraction to us. We took out our stove (red bottle near Jerry) and cooked Ramen Noodles right in front of the gas pumps and enjoyed a leisurely lunch. That gas station in particular was so friendly to us! The ladies working there would get every customer who came in to buy something for us like water, candy or snacks.
Corey Crawford, a 20 year resident of Bay Ridge, and his wife Casey had their first daughter, Rogan Tomey Crawford in January, 2007. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia, a form of blood cancer that is most commonly seen in infants. It's been over a year since she began treatment and she has improved immensely in that time. In an effort to raise awareness of the benefit fund set up in Rogan's name and to show support from the neighborhood that the Crawford's impacted so much, Danny, Jerry and Joe Ricciotti have elected to ride bicycles cross country for Rogan's cause.
